No, really. What's up with this place.?
With the way Sherlock Holmes has been getting a lot of attention recently, I really wanted a SH only musebox/sandbox/something to roleplay in. Since I never found one, I thought I'd have a go at making it myself!

Is there anything not allowed here?
Please don't link to outside memes, games, etc. Otherwise go crazy. Voice testing, one-on-ones, I-have-this-awesome-idea, what-if-john-was-a-werewolf? Everything. You can have on-going storylines or just one-off posts. The limit is your imagination.

Who are you?
I'm Anne, [personal profile] sprakles and I'm just a fan of Sherlock Holmes like you. I'm not the most talented or the most knowledgable, but I like fun.

What was that about AU characters?
There are only a limited number of characters in the Holmes canon, and we've all got our other fandoms. The idea is to think what those other characters would be doing in Victorian England (or modern London for BBC) and tag away. I know not everyone's a fan of these, so if you'd prefer no AUs/OCs please tag your posts accordingly.

Yes! I was going to ask about the tags
I have shamelessly stolen the idea of exciting and all-encompassing tags from [community profile] treknobabble. Use them to let people know what you do/don't want, and respect what other people have put.
If you come up with an on-going storyline and want a tag for it (!EVERYONE IS A TEENAGE GIRL!AU) then ask for it here.
The only tags I want enforced are the *SPOILERS tag and the ratings tags.

What's your take on ratings?
Everyone has different rules, but nc-17 should be for extremely explicit smut/torture/violence/whatever else you're doing.
M is for anything sexy/violency/bad languagey which you still might not want little Kirsty reading.
PG is the awkward tag between M and G that you seem to need but no one knows what for. Have at it.
G is for Molly and Jim watching Glee together.

But I still have more questions!
Ask below! I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible!

Is it alright to post a meme up here? I saw that linking them was disallowed, so I wanted to make certain.
